It's been another hard year for the SEND community and we're far from calm waters yet.
We would like to help bring some Christmas cheer to a few families of children and young people with disabilities this year.
We're giving away hundreds of Amazon UK vouchers worth £25 each to people you think could use a bit of extra thanks or a treat to say well done for all you do.
Because it's impossible to decide one person is more deserving than another, the winners will be chosen by us at random. You can nominate yourself, your child, their SEND teacher/SENCO, or a friend who's a parent of a child with SEND, or another disabled child. You'll be sent the voucher via email - so make sure you enter your/their email correctly.
We also have two free SEND law consultations that would normally be chargeable to offer, one from Education Lawyers' Rukhsana Koser, one from Simpson Millar, and one from Douglas Silas, both experienced SEND solicitors.*
With a little help from our friends
We've been able to do this thanks to the generosity of our friends at SEN Legal; Education Lawyers, Rook, Irwin, Sweeney, HCB Solicitors, Simpson Millar and Douglas Silas Solicitors and of course our wonderful patrons who support us. There's room for more companies to take part: please come forward and match £200 so we can make more people a little bit happier this Christmas. We've also been matched by our own Marguerite Haye's company, What's The Big E and by Chris Wade, Speech and Language Therapist
*SEN Legal, HCB and some other solicitors already offer free initial phone consultations.
